Starting up the new box

Sun Server testing
So the box is booting now :) a bit of a complex start for someone that has never used a sun box before but following the instructions to the letter has helped - as for the cable yesterday I was actually wrong - it is not a serial to serial cable required but a serial to RJ-45 which I could have done yesterday. So far, it has all worked to the letter and at the moment i am configuring Solaris(2 questions asked of me so far, Language and Terminal type).
Network configuration has just come up and seems very easy to follow so far - simpler maybe than debian???
I could definately get used to remote management through a network port instead of relying on being next to a machine!!
So, all is now configured and has come up again - am getting some strange compilation stuff happening now in the teminal window which seems to have led to ssh starting.
Getting a bit confused now and have to catch a plane but will try again later :).
